Lead Care Enquiry Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Care Enquiry Advisor to join us in our Care Enquiry Hub. In this role you will be involved with leading the day-to-day enquiries, auditing, and the maintenance of accurate and complete enquiries, monitoring performance against benchmarks to drive process also to lead the delivery of an excellent customer care service within the Care Enquiry Hub to our customers enquiring about Sanctuary Care homes. You will be based in Sanctuary Care's head office in Worcester. However, occasional visits to our care homes will be required to have a full understanding of the service we provide. you will work collaboratively with our Homes well as the central Marketing and the Business Development Managers.
