Full Job Description
You'll work within Home Office Biometrics, helping to deliver technology and data solutions that support policing and national security outcomes. This is a senior leadership role where you'll lead business analysis across large, complex projects, ensuring solutions are aligned to user needs and strategic goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders across government, influencing decisions, shaping service design, and supporting the evolution of critical systems. Hybrid working is available, with around 60% of time spent in the office. What you'll be doing
- Leading business analysis across large and complex projects
- Defining problems, shaping solutions and influencing project scope
- Aligning services with business strategy and user needs
- Building and managing strong stakeholder relationships
- Challenging and advising stakeholders to drive better outcomes
- Supporting product and service design, iteration and improvement
- Developing and promoting business analysis best practice
- Mentoring and supporting other business analysts
- Modelling processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Strong experience leading business analysis on complex projects - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience working on technology or digital delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into clear solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile or multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to coach, mentor and support others
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
