As the Lead AV/Broadcast Installation Technician, you'll help deliver cutting-edge AV, display and broadcast solutions for some of the most advanced arenas, stadiums, casinos, and live production venues in the world. You'll lead on-site crews, install high-performance technology, and ensure every system meets the highest standards. From game-day experiences to live events and major network broadcasts, your work will power the next generation of sports and entertainment. • Lead small to mid-sized installation projects and supervise on-site technicians.
• Support senior leads on larger deployments.
• Interpret and execute work based on technical drawings (CAD, Bluebeam, etc) and digital plans.
• Coordinate daily site logistics, scheduling, and contractor collaboration.
• Install, terminate, and test cabling and system hardware in various environments.
• Perform system setup, testing, documentation, and basic user training.
• Manage deliveries, inventory, and maintain a clean, safe worksite.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and contribute to process improvements.
  
  2-5 years in Audio-visual or broadcast systems deployments with team leadership experience.
• Proficient in reading schematics and performing system integration and testing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work occasional evenings & weekends.
• High school diploma required; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
