Lead Auditor

As a Lead Auditor, you'll work with organisations of all sizes, from growing businesses to internationally recognised brands, helping them improve performance through effective management systems and accredited certification. You'll:

• Lead third-party certification audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Deliver integrated, multi-site and complex audit programmes
• Work directly with senior leadership teams
• Provide clear, balanced and evidence-based audit conclusions
• Support clients on their continual improvement journey
• Contribute to the development of colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Help strengthen TÜV SÜD's reputation for technical excellence and trusted certification
  
  You'll already be an accomplished Lead Auditor with strong technical capability and the confidence to build positive relationships with clients.
Ideally, you'll bring:
• Current Lead Auditor competence in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Recent accredited certification body experience
• Competence across one or more of EA 17, 18, 19, 31.2, 33 and 35
• Experience leading complex, integrated or multi-site audits
• Strong communication skills and sound professional judgement
• A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to help organisations improve
Additional Skills We Would Love to See Whilst not essential, we'd be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in:
• ISO/IEC 27001
• ISO/IEC 42001
