Purcell are expanding our team and are looking for an Architect at Associate level to join our London studio to contribute to winning and leading an exciting range of high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will lead enthusiastic and talented teams, be involved in business development, work winning, studio leadership and management, and collaborate with clients and consultants.
You will lead projects from concept through delivery, with responsibility for financial success, and you must:
- Lead projects from inception to completion ensuring quality and standards are met
- Manage client relationships and project teams effectively
- Contribute to business development and securing new projects
- Oversee financial aspects of projects to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
