Proficiency in Python (with optional experience in R or Java). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical modelling. Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Strong collaboration experience within multi-disciplinary teams. Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience Familiarity with LangChain and RAG systems. Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of prompt-engineering methods.   Engineer, you will design, build and optimise scalable AI workflows and intelligent systems that enhance enterprise processes and customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead solution development, and ensure best-practice implementation across model design, performance optimisation and integration. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI workflows and high-performing ML models. Build solutions using LangChain for agent-based and RAG-driven architectures. Optimise and scale AI/ML models for reliability and efficiency. Apply prompt-engineering techniques to improve LLM outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay current with AI/ML trends, tooling and best practices. Your ProfileEssential Skills / Knowledge / Experience Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
