Lead Administrator / PA

The aim of this role is to direct and control the operational service of the administration function, to ensure that it provides all appropriate administration service to the homes. You will support and supervise the service's administration needs, including compliance, providing a secretarial service to designated managers and departments, coordinating the functioning and staffing of all administration areas including secretarial, CPA, Resourcing, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Complaints and Visitor Liaison. Working alongside senior staff members you will maintain personnel files and produce audits and other ad hoc reports.
