The Lead Activities Coordinator is a pivotal role within our care homes, responsible for enhancing the quality of life for residents through the development and implementation of engaging and meaningful activities. This position requires a passionate and creative individual who can design an inclusive activity programme that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of older adults. The job holder will build connections with the wider community, engage volunteers, and ensure that all activities foster social interaction, physical engagement, and cognitive stimulation. This role is crucial in creating a vibrant, supportive environment where residents feel valued, connected, and engaged.
