We're seeking a qualified solicitor with personal injury litigation experience to join our Wales Serious Injury Team in Cardiff. This is a genuine career-path opportunity to develop specialist expertise in catastrophic injury work, supported by experienced senior litigators.

You'll work on high-value neuro-trauma claims (£1m+), including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations and complex polytrauma, within a partner-led team handling cases of maximum severity.

This role is ideal for someone motivated to act for claimants, with the empathy and resilience needed for serious injury work.
