- Holidays: 25 days pa plus statutory pro rata
- Pension: Auto enrolment pension in force (6% employer contribution)

Our late support workers ensure that our standards of care are maintained and the security of our clients and property is maintained outside of day shifts. You are responsible for supervising and encouraging the residents to maintain the culture of treatment and recovery at the Nelson Trust and to manage effectively any issues that may arise.
Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues. This role operates on a rolling shift pattern to include some weekend and bank holidays.
Please note, this position is restricted to female applicants only due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women's Centres in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
