Introduction
Entry-level role working alongside the construction team, developing practical skills across both hard & soft landscaping while completing college training on a day-release basis. The role provides a clear, supported route into a full Landscaper position.
About the Employer
Landscape Associates designs, whilst we are based in Lyne we build, and maintain high-quality gardens across some of London’s and Surrey’s most desirable locations.
We were established in 2005 and in our current location since 2016.
What You'll Do
- Assist Landscapers and the site team with day-to-day landscape construction tasks, across both hard and soft landscaping
- Support soil preparation, planting, turfing, and mulching under supervision
- Assist with hardscape works such as paving preparation, kerbing, edging, and concreting as directed
- Help load, unload, and move materials, plants, and equipment safely around site
- Learn to use hand tools and basic machinery correctly and safely, under supervision and in line with training received
- Carry out reasonable duties consistent with the nature and level of the role, as directed by supervisors
