Landing Gear Business Operations Placement (12.5 months)

You will be given the opportunity to work alongside an experienced business management team across a broad scope of topics including:

• Financial / Workload Planning;
• Resource Management;
• Project & Performance Management;
• Change Management;
• People Development / Competence Development.
The role will require strong business or project management and analytical skills in order to be able to support the Business Operations team. The successful candidate may be required to work with teams throughout the different Airbus functions and will gain a good understanding of the wider business outside of Landing Gear. You will have the opportunity to collaborate or lead improvement projects, as well as working autonomously throughout the duration of your internship. We look to tailor the work you will be involved in based on your previous experience, interests and development needs to maximise the value you can add to the business.

Successful candidates will demonstrate that they have studied a relevant degree (including but not strictly limited to):
• Operations Management;
• Business / Business Management;
• Project Management;
• Economics / Finance;
• Curious and innovative with a willingness to challenge the norm / continuously improve;
• Committed, proactive and want to take ownership of projects;
• Tenacious, resilient and demonstrate perseverance when faced with adversity;
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Desirable skills and experience:
• Project Management experience;
• Data analysis.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check.
