About the Role This is a focused position dedicated to teaching, learning and development which would be ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has a genuine interest in the development of young people The college will support you to deliver high-quality training that combines theory with practical. You will play a key role in supporting students as they develop the skills and knowledge by bringing your experience of working with industry to ensure your learners gain real world experiences.,
  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and development focused on student engagement and progression.
  • Combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on training to support real-world learning.
  • Support and motivate young people as they develop subject-specific skills and industry knowledge.
  • Draw on current or previous industry experience to enrich learning and provide meaningful, real-world context.
  • Contribute to a supportive learning environment that promotes professional skills, confidence and employability.

  • As a College, we actively encourage applications from industry professionals without a teaching qualification, as well as those from qualified teachers. Reaseheath offers a full CPD programme with access to funded qualifications alongside hands on support whilst completing Further Education Training. Industry professionals joining the College in an academic role, will complete their Further Education Training whilst in post. Please note this role constitutes 'regulated activity' as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must also have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this. In addition, online checks will be carried out during the recruitment process.
