Full Job Description
As a Laboratory Technician Apprentice, you will support laboratory operations by assisting with sample preparation, routine testing, data recording, and equipment maintenance. Working alongside experienced laboratory professionals, you will develop strong technical and analytical skills while completing the Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship., Assist with the receipt, preparation, and processing of laboratory samples
Carry out routine laboratory testing under supervision
Accurately record results and maintain laboratory documentation
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems
Adhere to strict health & safety and compliance requirements
Support the cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment
Assist with stock control and laboratory organisation
Work effectively as part of a laboratory team
Develop technical knowledge through hands-on experience and formal training
