Full Job Description

We're currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Team in our Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole locality, you'll be completing works inside and outside of our properties and communities so you'll need a passion to work outdoors whatever the weather! You'll carry out labouring duties to SNG's properties as part of the Property Repairs Team, working as part of a small team. Tasks Include

  • Providing quality basic repair and maintenance works
  • All aspects of internal and external cleaning including guttering
  • 2nd Person support, foot of ladder, lifting and carrying etc
  • Deliver and collect various materials

    You'll have demonstrable experience in labouring skills.
  • Have a strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices. Enjoy working as part of a team. This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week.
