We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the team within a primary school in Taunton as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and welcoming school environment, helping young children thrive during the crucial early stages of their education.
The Role:
+ Supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
+ Creating a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
+ Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
+ Encouraging children's social, emotional, and educational development
+ Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

+ A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification OR a Degree in Early Childhood Studies
+ Experience working with children within an Early Years setting
+ A caring, patient, and proactive approach
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
