Premier Modular has a large-scale manufacturing operation producing some of the biggest and best modular buildings for major national and international clients.

Through our Premier Modular Academy, we are committed to developing our own talent and supporting apprentices to build long-term careers within the business. This apprenticeship is designed for individuals with no previous experience who are motivated to learn a skilled trade and progress within joinery and modular construction.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the manufacture and assembly of timber components used in modular buildings
• Learn to use hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and correctly
• Support cutting, shaping, assembling and finishing of joinery products
• Follow technical drawings, instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental procedures
• Attend college and training sessions as required and complete all coursework and assessments
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in skills, knowledge and workmanship 
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the manufacturing operation

Training Outcome

Successful apprentices can progress into semi-skilled and fully skilled joinery roles, with further development opportunities available across the wider manufacturing and construction teams.
