The University of Leeds is offering a unique opportunity to accelerate your career through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP). You will work collaboratively with Lloyds Banking Group General Insurance Limited and the University of Leeds' School of Earth, Environment and Sustainability, gaining experience at the interface of world-leading academic research and real-world commercial application within one of the UK's leading research-intensive universities.
As extreme weather events become more frequent and severe, the need to understand and manage climate-related risk has never been greater. By protecting more than 2.5 million UK households, Lloyds Banking Group plays a critical role in helping society withstand and recover from these events. This project provides an opportunity to contribute to that mission, advancing scientific understanding while helping ensure insurance remains a cornerstone of resilience in a changing climate.
