Orley Farm School is is seeking to appoint an inspirational, dedicated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our exceptional Key Stage 1 team. This is a wonderful opportunity to become part of a nurturing school environment, working alongside committed and supportive colleagues who are passionate about helping every child flourish both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will be patient, reliable, and sensitive to the individual needs of young learners, with a genuine love for working with children. A positive attitude, a good sense of humour, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit and friendly team are essential qualities for this role.
This is a term-time-only position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. An NVQ Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience, would be desirable, though a willingness to learn and grow within the role is equally valued.
The salary for this position will be between £21,050 and £23,800 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
