If you're a KS1 teacher who enjoys working with diverse learners and supporting children through the crucial EYFS to Year 1 transition, this role could be an excellent fit.,
- Full responsibility for a Year 1 class - planning, teaching, and assessing in line with the national curriculum
- Adapting teaching to support children from a range of backgrounds, including EAL learners
- Creating a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Working closely with support staff, SEN teams, and school leadership
- Full-time teaching position

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Full Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
- Experience in Year 1, KS1, or high-need settings (EAL experience highly desirable)
- Confident differentiating learning to meet a range of needs and abilities
- Calm, patient, and positive approach to behaviour and inclusion
- Committed, resilient, and passionate about closing attainment gaps
