Full Job Description
We are seeking an outstanding KS1-2 Class Teacher to join our successful and well-established Junior School from September 2026.
The successful candidate will teach across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering a broad and balanced primary curriculum. The postholder will be responsible for planning, teaching and assessing pupils of all abilities, ensuring excellent progress and high standards of attainment. The role includes form tutor responsibilities and a commitment to pastoral care, as well as the delivery of a weekly co-curricular club.
Our dynamic and collaborative team achieves strong academic outcomes within a warm and nurturing environment. Pupils benefit from a rich and varied curriculum, alongside a wide range of co-curricular opportunities designed to promote curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.
We are seeking a well-qualified graduate (PGCE/QTS essential) with excellent classroom practice and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum. The successful candidate will demonstrate a clear commitment to high academic standards, safeguarding, and active involvement in the wider life of the school. The ability to contribute to curriculum leadership is desirable.
