Full Job Description
We are looking for a primary phase Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team as soon as possible. The applicant will be willing to work across key stages, work with children with SEND and cover a class on occasions.
Has experience of working with children with challenging behaviour and/or who have experienced trauma.
- Ideally has experience of working with previously looked after children.
- Is patient, resilient and nurturing, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Can work well as part of a small, supportive team.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and confidentiality.
