Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and successful Key Stage 1 practitioner to help develop and promote high standards of education in Years 1 and 2. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving up standards, monitoring the effectiveness of teaching and learning, modelling excellent practice, and ensuring all pupils experience a rich, ambitious and engaging curriculum.
You will:
· Champion great learning communities by contributing positively to our school culture.
· Support our vision and values and uphold high expectations for all pupils.
· Inspire young learners through a genuine passion for teaching.
· Plan creatively to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
· Teach highly effective lessons that engage pupils and promote strong academic progress.

· Demonstrate professionalism, approachability and care in all interactions.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
