Full Job Description
The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an inspiring, dynamic and creative teacher to join or teaching team. - Demonstrates excellent and inspiring classroom practice rooted in strong pedagogy and high expectations.
- Builds warm, trusting relationships and apply relational and trauma-informed principles in all aspects of behaviour and pastoral support.
- Use creative and innovative approaches to shaping the curriculum
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with children, parents/carers and all other stakeholders across the school and wider community
- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to listen, reflect, share and communicate ideas effectively
- Excellent organisational and management skills
- High levels of self- motivation and resilience during times of challenge
