KS1 Class Teacher

The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an inspiring, dynamic and creative teacher to join or teaching team. Your practice will contribute to a school culture where behaviour expectations are consistent, compassionate and rooted in connection and understanding.

• Demonstrates excellent and inspiring classroom practice rooted in strong pedagogy and high expectations.
• Builds warm, trusting relationships and apply relational and trauma-informed principles in all aspects of behaviour and pastoral support.
• Use creative and innovative approaches to shaping the curriculum
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with children, parents/carers and all other stakeholders across the school and wider community
• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to listen, reflect, share and communicate ideas effectively
• Excellent organisational and management skills
• High levels of self- motivation and resilience during times of challenge
