Working alongside our established Knowledge Lawyers, you'll play a key role in helping our lawyers deliver exceptional client service by providing technical legal support, managing know-how and precedents, delivering training, and driving innovation across the practice.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with colleagues across Corporate, Knowledge, Business Development, Tech, and Digital teams to shape the future of legal services through legal tech, AI, and process improvement. The role can be based in any of our offices, with occasional travel required.

The Person

  • You'll be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 5 years' PQE and significant experience in a high-performing corporate practice.
  • You'll bring:
    • Strong technical corporate law expertise and commercial awareness.
    • A genuine interest in knowledge management, legal innovation, and AI.
    • Experience with legal tech and/or document automation tools.
    • Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
    • Strong organisational and project management capability.
    • A collaborative approach and the confidence to build trusted relationships across the business.
    • Enthusiasm for learning, sharing knowledge, and helping others succeed.

If you're passionate about combining legal expertise with innovation, technology, and knowledge sharing, we'd love to hear from you.

The Activities

  • Develop, maintain and enhance corporate precedents, know-how resources, and automated document suites.
  • Provide technical legal support and guidance to lawyers across the Corporate team.
  • Deliver engaging legal updates, training sessions, and thought leadership content for colleagues and clients.
  • Capture and analyse know-how from transactions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion legal tech, document automation, and AI adoption across the practice.
  • Collaborate on innovation projects with Knowledge, Tech, and Digital teams.
  • Support business development activities, pitches, tenders, and client-facing materials.
  • Research legal, policy, and market developments to identify opportunities for new and enhanced client services.

We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications. If interested, please submit your application as early as possible.
