Full Job Description
- Prepare a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes to a high standard
- Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation of all ingredients
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Manage prep work including fish cutting, rice preparation, and ingredient handling
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience
Some experience preferred, but not essential. - Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and attention to detail
