Full Job Description
- Assist with food preparation including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Support chefs with daily kitchen operations and service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries correctly, including stock rotation and organisation.
- Support basic front-of-house duties when required, including greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, handling simple enquiries, and keeping the service area clean and welcoming.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good attention to detail and strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Food Hygiene / Food Safety Level 1 or 2 certificate (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential-full training will be provided., English - Advanced
