Kitchen Team Member - FRYER - Kuma - London

Hi, We are KUMA, Korean & Japanese Restaurant. We are looking for two kitchen members who can fill positions in the main fryer section and Korean fried chicken fryer section. Main responsibilities include food prep, starters & mains, general assistance to head chef, cleaning and organising. We look for a sensible, responsible fast learners who has a great work attitude and ethics as well as a good character. Proper Training is given to those who are willing to learn with a positive attitude. 3 hour unpaid trial shift upon interview and start.

Typical work hours: Tues-Thurs 15:00-22:00, Fri&Sat 16:00-22:30Starting rate of £13, Hourly rate of £13.5 (negotiated after three months), from then on we will look for active progression on shift and added responsibility. Please make sure your commute is easy, you can be punctual and consistent with your shifts, you have a ready to learn and work attitude, and you have at the very least good knowledge of kitchen basics and hygiene.
