Kitchen Supervisor - The Salad Project - London

We're passionate about great food, developing our people and creating opportunities for our teams to grow. We're now looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to support our Kitchen Managers and lead our kitchen team., Shift pattern: Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-8pm

• Lead kitchen operations and manage the team during service.
• Support and guide Cooks to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure food preparation is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support Kitchen Managers and communicate operational feedback.
  
  At least 1 year of professional kitchen or casual dining experience.
• Previous cooking experience, including using a combination oven.
• Experience leading or supporting a team.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
  
  The Salad Project is London's answer to healthy, fresh food. Founded by Florian and James in summer 2021, we have grown from our first store to 15 stores across London, with exciting plans for further expansion.
  
  £14 per hour.
