Kitchen Steward

Behind every exceptional dining experience is a dedicated team working together to deliver excellence. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Steward to join our award-winning Culinary team at the Celtic Manor Resort
As one of our valued Hospitality Heroes, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens operating smoothly, supporting our chefs, and helping to maintain the high standards that our guests have come to expect across The Celtic Collection.
Whether you're looking to develop your hospitality career or bring your existing kitchen experience into a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you., Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery are cleaned to the highest standard
Support chefs by maintaining a continuous supply of clean cookware and utensils
Clean kitchen equipment including stoves, grills and bain-maries using the correct cleaning products and procedures
Remove waste and recycling from kitchen and staff catering areas as required
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety throughout the kitchen
Ensure all food outlets have the equipment they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Previous experience working in a kitchen or similar environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Great attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification (or willingness to obtain)
