Full Job Description

  • Engage with trade customers and homeowners, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Present and close sales by showcasing product ranges and bespoke kitchen designs.
  • Use CAD software to create designs that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Visit homes or building sites, create inspirational designs on CAD, and present them to clients.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and other colleagues to win customer projects.
  • Ensure showroom safety by following all safety policies and procedures.

    Full valid UK driving licence with business insurance.
  • Proven sales performance and ability to exceed targets, with strong KPI delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on planning and execution.
  • Positive, approachable personality that makes customers feel valued.
  • No industry experience required; transferable skills and passion for sales are essential.

    Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am-5pm, every other Saturday 8am-12noon. Flexible working options may be discussed.
