Full Job Description

  • Generate & Convert Leads: Proactively engage with potential customers, take and follow up on leads, and turn enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Design & Sell: Welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs and create bespoke kitchen and bedroom designs that bring their ideas to life.
  • Maximise Sales: Recommend suitable finance packages, appliances, worktops and professional installation to deliver the best solution for customers while maximising sales.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Take ownership of your leads and enquiries, following up consistently and managing each opportunity from first contact through to order and delivery.
    • You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System

  • Proven track record of achieving targets in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Confident building relationships, identifying customer needs and closing sales.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while achieving outstanding sales results.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customers
