Kitchen Sales Designer

We're looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team in our Great Yarmouth showroom!,

• Welcome customers into the showroom, build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
• Create inspirational kitchen and bedroom designs
• Work towards and exceed sales targets
• Recommend additional products, finance and installation services
• Follow up enquiries and maintain an accurate order bank

Previous kitchen or bedroom design experience isn't essential, we'll provide industry-leading training to teach you everything you need to know., You'll be someone who:
• Has experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
• Has worked in a fast-paced sales or retail environment
• Is motivated by achieving results and earning commission
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Can work flexible shifts, including evenings and every weekend

This role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50,000! This position requires working every weekend as part of your regular working pattern, with days off during the week. What Wren Offers
