• Washing and sterilising crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
• Receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring all items are correctly organised and rotated.
• Managing waste disposal and recycling.
