Full Job Description
Tuto wood street, a welcoming family-run Italian restaurant, is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team in London. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen, supporting our chefs and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.,
- Washing and sterilising crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and sorting ingredients.
- Receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring all items are correctly organised and rotated.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling.
- Supporting the kitchen team with various duties as required to ensure efficient service.
Hard-working, reliable, and punctual. - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
