Kitchen Porter - London

You will work closely with our chefs, keeping the kitchen organised, spotless and ready for service while supporting the wider team wherever needed. • Keep the kitchen, wash-up and back-of-house areas exceptionally clean and organised
• Ensure pots, pans, crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for service
• Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required
• Receive deliveries and ensure stock is stored safely and correctly
• Keep storage, waste and recycling areas organised throughout the day
• Maintain excellent standards during busy breakfast, lunch and hospitality services
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
• Take pride in the small details that help create an exceptional kitchen environment
  
  Previous Kitchen Porter experience within contract catering, restaurants, hotels or a professional kitchen would be an advantage
• A hardworking, reliable and positive approach
