Kitchen Porter - Kiez Kebab - London

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking kitchen porter to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. It's a tight, focused operation - keeping everything clean, organised and ready for service is essential, and you'll play a key part in making that happen. Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment
• Keeping kitchen floors, work surfaces and storage areas clean and organised
• Managing rubbish and recycling throughout the shift
• Helping receive deliveries and put stock away correctly
• Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when needed
• Following hygiene and food safety procedures
• Completing daily cleaning tasks and thorough end-of-shift cleaning
  
  Previous kitchen porter experience preferred
• A good work ethic and the ability to keep pace during busy services
• Someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organised kitchen
• Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to get stuck in
• A team player who follows instructions and supports their colleagues
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred
