This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen and perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, and supporting a busy brigade in a fast-paced environment., As a Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen and service teams by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. You'll play a key part in ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently during service.,
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Assisting with basic food preparation when required
- Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team during service
- Managing waste, recycling, and deliveries correctly
- Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
- Eligible to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
