Kitchen Porter Full Time 5 Out Of 7 - Brentwood

Our location is contentiously striving for excellence . The site caters for day pupils as well as boarders and staff and includes not only a breakfast, lunch and supper service but also an extensive hospitality service. As well as having an excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm Kitchen porter duties:

• wash-up using dishwashers and hand wash
• cleaning and maintaining organization within the kitchen, stores and serving area
• washing plates, cutlery, pots etc
• washing and polishing glassware
• cleaning Kitchen area as required, mopping floors, emptied bins etc.
• assist with cleaning FOH area and floor if require
• assist with deliveries, This appointment is offered on the return of satisfactory professional references and DBS checks.
