Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at Wagtail Rooftop Bar & Restaurant. The role involves supporting the kitchen team by keeping all kitchen and washing areas clean, organised and running efficiently throughout service.,

  • Wash plates, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen and washing areas clean, organised and hygienic.
  • Clean floors, walls and other kitchen areas.
  • Remove rubbish and manage waste correctly.
  • Support the chefs when required.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout each shift.

    We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen. Previous Kitchen Porter experience is essential, as training can be provided. A positive attitude, good teamwork and willingness to work evenings and weekends are important for the role., Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
