A luxury pâtisserie and café in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a reliable, hard-working Kitchen Porter to join its kitchen team. Family-owned, with decades of pastry heritage behind it, the brand brings that tradition to a modern, high-end London concept. It's growing quickly, with a second Mayfair site on the horizon. The Kitchen Porter is at the heart of the kitchen. You'll keep it clean, organised and running smoothly, and you'll support a talented pastry and bakery team producing exceptional products every day. Responsibilities:

• Wash and put away pots, pans, utensils, equipment and crockery throughout the day
• Keep the kitchen, storage areas and equipment clean, tidy and organised
• Help receive deliveries, rotate stock and keep storerooms in order
• Support the chefs with basic prep when needed
• Follow cleaning schedules and keep food safety and hygiene standards high at all times
• Manage waste and recycling correctly
  
  Previous kitchen porter experience is a plus, but a great attitude matters most
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working
