Kitchen Porter - Eastcheap Records - London

Eastcheap Records is 450 capacity, Cocktail bar and live music venue located in the heart of the city. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by assisting with various tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the culinary staff. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment while contributing to exceptional hospitality. Duties

• Assist with food preparation and cooking as directed by the chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Support the culinary team during service by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating.
• Help maintain stock levels by receiving deliveries and organising supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards.
