What You'll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll support our chefs and front-of-house team to ensure everything operates seamlessly.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Keeping kitchen and food preparation areas clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
+ Washing crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
+ Supporting food preparation (e.g. salads, sandwiches, vegetables)
+ Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and correct storage of supplies.
+ Ensuring waste is managed safely and efficiently
+ Helping maintain beverage stations and supporting front-of-house when needed.
+ Carrying out daily checks and reporting any faults or issues promptly

+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
+ Good time management and organisation skills
+ A strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desirable:

+ Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to work towards)
+ Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a catering/restaurant setting
+ Customer service or front-of-house experience
+ Basic IT experience
