Kitchen Porter

Our kitchens are the heart of our pubs, and as such, they're fast-paced and energetic places to work. Kitchen porters are vital to the smooth operation of the kitchen, and this role is both busy and varied. As a kitchen porter, your main mission will be to support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the dishwasher is always running smoothly. It's a physically demanding role that requires efficiency to keep up with the pace. We're looking for someone who is well-organised, has great communication skills, and maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You should be reliable, hardworking, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team. While prior experience isn't necessary, a genuine interest in working in a busy kitchen is essential.
