If so, apply below! ️ Kitchen Porter / Wash Up Roles At the heart of our operation, our Kitchen Porters and Wash Up team are pivotal in delivering exceptional service across the stadium. Wash Up Role Focused on keeping service running smoothly, responsibilities include:
- Washing plates, cutlery, crockery during and after service
- Ensuring all items are polished and ready for quick turnaround
- Maintaining a fast and efficient workflow to support busy service periods
- Cleaning and sanitising workstations and wash-up areas
- Upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times Kitchen Porter Role Includes all Wash Up duties, with additional physical responsibilities:
- Moving large bins and waste across different areas of the stadium
- Lifting and handling heavy bin bags safely
- Transporting crockery, cooking equipment, and kitchen items between locations
- Supporting kitchen teams with manual labour tasks as required
- Assisting with maintaining cleanliness across wider kitchen and back-of-house areas ️ This role requires a good level of physical fitness due to lifting and movement of heavy items. Main Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensuring all service areas are clean, tidy, and safe
- Cleaning utensils and kitchen equipment during preparation and service
- Removing kitchen waste to designated areas
- Following all Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH regulations
- Using cleaning equipment as trained
- Wearing PPE as required

Minimum 12 months experience preferred - Must be 18+ Ready to join our stadium team?
