- Leading, motivating, and developing your kitchen team

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at Carclaze Whitbread Inns in St Austell, one of our Flagship sites. Reporting into the General Manager, it's your opportunity to take full ownership of a busy kitchen, inspire and develop your team, and consistently deliver great quality food for families, locals, and travellers alike.
From May 1st the salary will be a range of £39,000 to £42,250., Located in the heart of Cornwall, Carclaze Whitbread Inns benefits from a strong mix of local trade and visiting guests exploring the coast, countryside, and nearby attractions.
