Kitchen Manager

As Kitchen Manager, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen operation, ensuring smooth service during busy bottomless brunches, maintaining high food standards, and leading a motivated team.,

• Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team
• Manage stock and ordering
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
• Handle high-volume service in a fast-paced, environment
  
  Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced venues
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Solid understanding of stock control
• Passion for food and delivering consistent quality
