Kitchen Bar Cafe Team Member - Part Time

As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering delicious, high-quality meals for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking food to Travelodge brand standards
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices
• Managing stock, food storage and reducing waste
• Supporting with food ordering and stock rotation
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
• Working closely with the Kitchen Bar Café team to deliver a great guest experience
This is a part-time role, with the majority of shifts scheduled between 5:00pm and 11:00pm. There will also be the occasional morning shift from 7:00am until 11:30am/12:00pm, so some flexibility is required. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing great food, and works well as part of a team.
