Kitchen Assistant - North China Restaurant - London

Candidate is required to assist Chef/Cook, to maintain kitchen hygiene, preparing the ingredients, washing dishes/utensils. Follow kitchen cleaning schedule to keep kitchen in good hygiene standard.

We are looking for committed individuals who are enthusiastic of in Chinese culinary and culture. Opportunity to learn to cook Chinese food, so to be promoted in the future as a Chinese cook. You must be able to work well under pressure and be prepared to work weekdays, weekends and evenings based on fixed shift of minimum 20 hours per week.
