Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Support with stock rotation, storage, and unpacking deliveries.
Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Perform general kitchen duties as required to support smooth operations.

A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices or a keen interest in learning.
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
Willingness to work night shifts, as required by our operations.
